I’m Lorrenza — the local execution partner behind EZRI. I hold an MBA and have spent 15 years supporting leaders across tech, nonprofit, higher education and small business.
That includes 8+ years in project management and 4 years in operations management — coordinating complex work, connecting people, vendors and deadlines, and making sure the work actually moves.
EZRI brings that same steadiness, judgment and follow-through to owner-led businesses in Spring and The Woodlands that need somewhere reliable to put the work.
