Scheduling and availability
Calls, appointments and project support are subject to availability. Scheduled work may need to be rescheduled in rare circumstances, and EZRI will communicate promptly if that happens.
Payments
Paid services, purchases, parking, tolls and approved materials are billed according to the terms agreed for each assignment. Payment terms will be outlined before work begins.
